Our passion for great Italian food inspired us to create Olivio’s, serving the finest in traditional and eclectic Italian dishes. Owned by Gilbert Rangel a well known chef from Westlake village, Gilbert was head chef of Tuscany IL Ristorante for over 15 years (always rated high in Zagat’s top 1000 Italian restaurants); he now wishes to bring his passion of Italian cuisine to your neighborhood.
